Description: N2M2L is seeking a consultant to develop a Business Plan for a new Makerspace in downtown North Bay, Ontario – to be launched in September 2025. The Makerspace will serve as a creative hub for artists, makers, and community members to collaborate, learn, and create.

Description: N2M2L invites proposals from experienced Consultants to develop business strategies for our Makerspace, aimed at ensuring sustainability. This 15-week project involves crafting diversified business and revenue models for our 2,000 sq ft space in North Bay, focusing on community engagement and artistic collaboration. The consultant will analyze financial potential, design membership and cooperative models, maximize rental opportunities, and formulate fundraising strategies. Deliverables include financial assessments, business model proposals, and a comprehensive final report with recommendations. Proposals should include a cover letter, CV, detailed approach, references, and work samples.
