The Near North Mobile Media Lab invites members, supporters, and community partners to save the date for our 2026 Annual General Meeting, taking place online via Zoom on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 6:30 PM.

Our Annual General Meeting is an opportunity to learn more about the organization’s activities, accomplishments, and impact over the past year. Attendees will hear updates on N2M2L programs and initiatives, connect with fellow members and supporters, and participate in the governance of the organization.

Topics of discussion are expected to include:

• Reviewing our 2025 financial audit
• Highlights from Digital Creator North Bay programming
• Reflections on the 10th Annual North Bay Film Festival
• Updates from North Bay Film screenings and audience development initiatives
• Progress and developments at the Near North Makerspace
• Highlights from N2M2L’s media arts, education, and community initiatives throughout 2025 and 2026
• Election of members to the N2M2L Board of Directors (current N2M2L membership holders will have the opportunity to vote on both new and returning candidates)

N2M2L is also seeking individuals interested in serving on the Board of Directors. If you are passionate about media arts, community development, and supporting creative opportunities in Northern Ontario, we encourage you to get in touch.
