New Voices Documentary Showcase
Join us at the Near North Makerspace on Saturday, May 16 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM for the New Voices Documentary Showcase.
This free public event will feature short documentaries created by youth participating in the New Voices Co-Design Lab.
About the Showcase
Over the past several weeks, youth participants have been learning how to plan, film, and edit their own mini-documentaries. At this showcase, they will share their finished films with the community.
These short documentaries explore identity, culture, and personal experiences, offering a powerful look at stories from newcomer youth in our community.
Come watch the films, support young creators, and connect with the participants behind the work.
