Our final day in the office before the break is Friday, December 19, 2025.
We will reopen on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.

Equipment Rentals

Equipment rentals will be unavailable during the closure period. Rentals will resume once we return in the new year.

During the Break

Email and messages may not be monitored while we are closed. We will respond to inquiries as soon as possible after we reopen.

Looking Ahead to the New Year

Registration is currently open for the first New Voices Co-Design Lab workshop, which begins after we return in January. The New Voices program is made possible through support from the Rideau Hall Foundation’s Catapult Canada initiative and is designed for newcomer and refugee youth.
