2025 Annual General Meeting

Join us for our 2025 Annual General Meeting, tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, September 16th, 2025, via Zoom! 🌐

We’re currently looking for new board members to join our team! If you’re passionate about media arts, community, and supporting Northern Ontario creatives, we’d love to hear from you. Members will have the chance to vote at the AGM — and maybe even run!

Areas of discussion on the agenda for this year’s AGM will include:

• Reviewing our 2024 financial audit
• Reflections on the 2025 Ice Follies Biennial
• Highlights from Digital Creator North Bay’s year-round programming
• Growth and momentum from North Bay Film and the North Bay Film Festival
• A look back at our 2024 Artists in Residence
• Updates on the work done toward launching the Near North Makerspace
• Election of new members to the N2M2L Board of Directors (Current N2M2L membership holders will have the opportunity to vote on both new and returning candidates)
