Grant info sessions presented by the OAC in Northeastern Ontario

The Ontario Arts Council (OAC) invites artists, arts organizations and arts presenters in Northeastern Ontario to attend a grant information session about:

MUSIC (creation & recording)
TOURING (any art form to anywhere in the world)
RESIDENCIES (research time in a new cultural setting)
PRESENTING (festivals, concerts, arts events, & school performances)


The dates, times and locations for the information sessions are as follows

Michael Murray, Popular and World Music Officer
Gouled Hassan, Northeastern Consultant

They will discuss OAC programs, lead you through the grant application process, and answer any questions you may have. Come find out more about:

• OAC and its many programs;
• what grants you are eligible for;
• how to submit the best possible application;
• what happens to your application after it’s received at OAC;
• how juries are selected and what the decision making process is.
